Someone here on Newgrounds made a code for a beta of Pokemon Gold Version to where you can get all the items within the game. That also meant a removed item called the “Toxic Stone” which you can use on an Eevee after it faints. 

Some guy named Mutahar asked for this after hearing rumors from a friend about two new Eeveelutions planned for G&S separately that never came to be.
