Welcome back to another "maybe I shouldn't post this here" type deal. I've been getting stalked online and provoked by one individual since last year across multiple platforms. He has been IP banned off of NG, but obviously that's not enough to stop him. I hate to say it, but I'm fearful for myself and my friends (he's been stalking me mostly but also my buddies and his "haters").

Is this not cyberstalking? I'm just confused. I want to file a restraining order against this person, but I don't know if that can work against someone online or not. I need help. What should I do?
